The Systems Engineer handles escalated support, environment cleanup, standards alignment, Microsoft 365 administration, Entra , Intune, Active Directory, backup/DR, and project work.
Responsibilities- Resolve escalated tickets involving Microsoft 365, Entra , Active Directory, Intune, servers, endpoints, backups, and networks.
- Improve client standards around MFA, patching, endpoint configuration, admin access, backup coverage, and documentation.
- Coordinate vendors for ISP, line‑of‑business application, firewall, VoIP, and hardware issues.
- Support onboarding, Q inputs, lifecycle recommendations, and project delivery.
- Mentor service desk teammates with repeatable troubleshooting notes and runbooks.
- Strong Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra , Active Directory, and endpoint administration experience.
- Experience troubleshooting server, backup, network, and identity issues in business environments.
- Ability to balance urgent tickets with standards and project work.
- Clear written communication for clients, teammates, and vendors.
