- Linux/Windows Product Systems Operations Engineer 2 - Contingent, you will be part of the Technology Operations team supporting critical infrastructure and incident resolution. ** What's the Job?*
* + Provide first-level infrastructure support for enterprise server operating systems, hardware platforms, and storage technologies.

+ Perform rapid triage, troubleshooting, and escalation of incidents to ensure minimal service disruption.

+ Support enterprise environments utilizing Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, SAN, and NAS technologies.

+ Maintain documentation of workflows, procedures, and incident resolutions to promote operational excellence.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless infrastructure operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience supporting Red Hat Linux and Windows Server environments.

+ Knowledge of server hardware, SAN, and NAS technologies.

+ Proven incident management and production support experience.

+ Ability to perform rapid troubleshooting, triage, and escalation as needed.

+ Strong focus on operational excellence, customer service, and teamwork.
