We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide dependable end-user technology support for a transport organization based in Tempe, Arizona. This long-term contract position is well suited for someone who combines strong technical troubleshooting ability with a service-focused approach and clear communication. The role supports desktop environments across a fast-moving enterprise setting and requires sound judgment, organization, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on support for desktop and workstation issues, resolving hardware, operating system, and connectivity problems in a timely manner.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows environments, including user access, system settings, and core desktop functionality across enterprise devices.
• Support identity and access-related tasks within Active Directory, including account maintenance and policy-based configuration activities.
• Assist with desktop deployment processes such as imaging, configuration, software installation, and lifecycle maintenance for end-user equipment.
• Maintain reliable operation of Office 365, Outlook, and related productivity tools by diagnosing user issues and applying effective solutions.
• Communicate technical guidance and security-related practices in a clear manner to employees with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Partner with IT operations teams and business stakeholders to coordinate support activities, prioritize issues, and improve service delivery.
• Contribute to change-related tasks, process improvements, and project-driven desktop support initiatives while managing multiple requests efficiently.
