Enterprise Account Specialist

Description

In this role, the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions, and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.

• Monitor, verify, and present data daily
• Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time
• Identify transportation defect root causes
• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers

• Good relationship building skills, good at organization, communicate effectively on top of technical skills, going through lowest cost provide, managing disruptions as they occur, supply chain technical skills.
• Can be from supply chain or logistics, but they are open, a lot of support and training for hard skills, what is more difficult is the interpersonal and organizational skills, need to hit the ground running. Industries from top performers:
  Party Planners, event coordinators, real estate, sales, restaurants.

• 2 years of Logistics, Supply Chain or Amazon experience preferred
• Understanding of basic data analytical skills
• Experience writing documents on topics such as process improvement proposals.
• Entry level knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data
• Interpersonal and customer service skills

Entry Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. This is an on-site position in Tempe.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
