Sr. Materials Management Analyst

As a Sr Materials Management Analyst at Honeywell, you will support and improve the supply chain planning and execution process, manage materials planning, and resolve supply chain issues. Your role also involves overseeing and directing operations for world‑class integrated supply chain projects, assessing project issues, developing solutions, and monitoring project progress with key stakeholders.

• Drive and execute new initiatives
• Influence functional stakeholders
• Process optimization and improvement
• Support Integrated Supply Chain sites
• Work with the factory team to manage risk
• Identify supply and demand miss‑alignment within a 13‑week window
• Lead projects that drive improvements within the materials and supply chain teams
• Monitor inventory levels of components required to support the schedule
• Perform data analysis and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Assist in resolution of component quality issues

You must have

• US citizenship due to contractual requirements
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain experience

• Some experience in project management
• Ability to lead/drive change, influence & mentor others
• Mentorship of junior members or peers
• In‑depth experience with MRP/ERP systems
