In this role, you’ll oversee and support implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Coordinate and track progress across multiple client implementation projects
• Develop and manage detailed project plans based on scope and timelines
• Execute setup, configuration, and activation tasks with accuracy
• Serve as a first point of technical support during implementation cycles
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Support leadership and customer‑facing teams in delivering a smooth client experience
• Ensure high‑quality service delivery with a strong focus on timelines and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Strong data entry and data management capabilities
• Experience handling repetitive tasks such as copying, pasting, and validating data

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
