What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll oversee and support implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and track progress across multiple client implementation projects
- Develop and manage detailed project plans based on scope and timelines
- Execute setup, configuration, and activation tasks with accuracy
- Serve as a first point of technical support during implementation cycles
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Support leadership and customer‑facing teams in delivering a smooth client experience
- Ensure high‑quality service delivery with a strong focus on timelines and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Strong data entry and data management capabilities
- Experience handling repetitive tasks such as copying, pasting, and validating data
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on results

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
