Role OverviewThe Reverse Logistics Coordinator supports the Reverse Logistics Manager in managing Drive Time inventory related to wholesale grade units purchased through auction channels and/or processed through reverse logistics. The Coordinator coordinates with multiple department leads to gather information, submit and track Drive Time inventory, and communicate with auction houses.
Responsibilities- Gather all relevant information necessary to facilitate a negotiation and resolution.
- Maintain accurate and complete files on purchased vehicles.
- Possess knowledge of auction arbitration policies.
- Understand how the reverse logistics process works to move units through the system as quickly as possible.
- Coordinate and manage cases; ensure information is entered and maintained in an online case‑management system, utilizing discretion and independent judgment based on Drive Time Family of Brands’ rules and procedures.
- Escalate matters to management as appropriate.
- Organization and time‑management skills – ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing and re‑prioritizing as needed.
- Self‑motivated, autonomous performer capable of creative problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to address a wide range of audiences including management.
- Detail‑oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline (highly preferred).
- Ability to utilize databases/systems for reviewing and verifying documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret legal documents and business correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Hybrid work model: minimum of three days on‑site per week.
