Sr Materials Management Analyst

As a Senior Materials Management Analyst at Honeywell, you will support and improve supply‑chain planning and execution, manage materials planning, and resolve supply‑chain issues. You will oversee world‑class integrated supply‑chain projects, assess project issues, develop enhancements to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customer‑satisfaction goals, and establish mechanisms for monitoring progress and problem‑solving with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and execute new initiatives.
  • Influence functional stakeholders.
  • Process optimization and improvement.
  • Support Integrated Supply‑Chain sites.
  • Collaborate with the factory team to manage risk.
  • Identify supply and demand mis‑alignment within a 13‑week window.
  • Lead projects that drive improvements within the materials and supply‑chain teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels of components required to support the schedule.
  • Perform data analysis and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Assist in resolution of component quality issues.
Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.
  • 5+ years of Manufacturing Operations or Supply‑Chain experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Some experience in project management.
  • Ability to lead, drive change, influence, and mentor others.
  • Mentor junior members or peers.
  • In‑depth experience and expertise with MRP/ERP systems.
