Admin Support III (Logistics & Supply Chain)

Duration: 7 - Month (Potential for conversion)

Location:

Tempe, AZ - Hybrid (4 day onsite/Week)

Pay Rate: $19 - $21/Hr

Mission:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support III professional to join a Global Logistics team focused on cross-border operations. This role sits within a team responsible for managing imports and freight entering the United States, supporting high-volume workflows and ensuring smooth execution of customs and logistics processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Excel and analytical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and is looking to gain experience within a global operations organization.

Day to Day:

  • Manage and track a high volume of operational cases (up to 50+ daily), ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions
  • Process repair claims and support resolution of shipment issues
  • Escalate containers held in customs and coordinate with internal teams
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners via email and internal systems
  • Analyze and reconcile data across multiple sources to make informed decisions
  • Generate reports and insights using Excel and other MS tools
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational projects (post-onboarding)

Must Haves:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or support roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced MS Excel experience (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and draw actionable insights
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
