Administrative Support III

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support III professional to join a Global Logistics team supporting cross-border import operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing high-volume administrative processes, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Tempe, AZ (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week) Duration: 7-Month Contract (Potential for Conversion) Pay Range: $20/hr - $21/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track a high volume of operational cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Process repair claims and support shipment issue resolution.
  • Coordinate escalations for containers held in customs and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners through email and internal systems.
  • Analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources to support operational decision-making.
  • Create reports and perform data analysis using Excel and other Office applications.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with operational projects.
  • Maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–4+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or business support roles.
  • Advanced Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, import/export, or freight operations.
  • Experience working in a large or global organization.
  • Exposure to process improvement initiatives or operational projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
