Site Construction Manager

• Experience working in client‑facing roles, managing client expectations and needs.
• High comfort level interfacing with A&E firms.
• Experience providing conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage staff.
• Comfortable working in cross‑matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors and 3rd party representatives.

• This is an on‑site position requiring work to be performed on site located in Chandler, Arizona.
• Candidate must commute to site daily, Monday–Thursday during the project core hours of 6 a.m.–4 p.m.;
  Friday site support may be needed.
• Requires field mobility including walking long distances, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces.
• Minor travel may be required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening and be fully authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full‑time basis, as required by the nature of their role.

• 20‑25 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to semiconductor tool install.
• Construction Management or Engineering degree required.
• 12‑15 years of leadership and management experience.
• Experience managing large projects and partnering with trade contractors in the semiconductor industry.

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
