* We're seeking a  
** Customs Brokerage Clearance Manager
** to lead multiple customs clearance teams within a high-volume international logistics environment. This is a unique opportunity to oversee supervisors, drive KPI performance, implement process improvements, and help shape the future of a growing customs operation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys balancing leadership, compliance, operational performance, and customer service.

** What is the Job:*
* + Lead multiple Customs Clearance teams through Group Supervisors

+ Drive operational performance, productivity, and service quality

+ Monitor and improve KPIs, reporting, and team performance metrics

+ Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives

+ Ensure compliance with CBP regulations and Partner Government Agencies (PGAs)

+ Develop and coach supervisors while fostering a high-performance culture

+ Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex customs issues

+ Support strategic projects and continuous improvement efforts across the operation

** What is Needed:*
* + Experience leading customs brokerage, customs clearance, or international trade operations

+ Proven success managing supervisors, managers, or large operational teams

+ Strong knowledge of customs regulations, classification, valuation, compliance, and trade programs

+ Experience managing KPIs, reporting, productivity metrics, and operational performance

+ Ability to lead multiple teams and priorities simultaneously

+ Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

** Active U.S. Customs Broker License (LCB)*
