Manpower Group is seeking a Buyer in Tempe, AZ on a Hybrid Schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). You will source and procure materials, analyze quotes, and negotiate terms to achieve best value for an aerospace and defense technology organization.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of procurement experience, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. You will join a procurement team supporting cross-functional operations and compliance across the business.
