Procurement Analyst

• Review Statements of Work
• Create Non-Disclosure Agreements and/or Proprietary Information agreements
• Obtain proposals and quotations
• Select qualified suppliers and perform due diligence
• Negotiate supplier price, schedules, and terms and conditions
• Manage post-award activities and delivery assurance
• Interact significantly with suppliers in collaboration with business and program teams
• Coordinate with commodity leads/managers and external suppliers to manage requirements and resolve issues
• Manage procurement from sourcing through payment across materials, services, components, hardware, technical services, and facilities services

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
• 1+ years of experience in purchase order management including documentation
• Experience with SAP procurement software
• 1+ years of experience in supplier relationship management
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
• Experience with Government contracts, processes and procedures
• Negotiation skills
• Experience with automation tools
• Leadership skills and ability to interface internally and with suppliers
• Knowledge of the integrated supply chain, including strategic procurement
• Ability to interface with senior management on major matters pertaining to policies, plans, and objectives
• Ability to develop peer relationships with senior executives, cross-functional teams, customers, and program managers

Demonstrates expertise in procurement management, including supplier relationship management and negotiation skills, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management. Proficient in utilizing SAP procurement software and understanding government contracts and processes.
