Job OverviewIntegrity Construction of Arizona LLC is seeking a hands-on Project Manager (Lead Builder / Crew Supervisor) to join our growing team. - Work directly with field crews on-site – building, training, and problem‑solving.
- Manage daily jobsite operations, including scheduling, materials, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure safety, quality, and project timelines are maintained.
- Communicate effectively between field crews, leadership, and clients.
- Monitor project budgets and resource usage to maintain efficiency.
- Lead by example, fostering teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and develop proactive solutions.
- Support and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
- 5+ years of experience in general construction or ICF building.
- Proven leadership background (Foreman, Lead Builder, project manager or similar role).
- Strong knowledge of tools, trades, and building practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications, both architectural and structural.
- Strong mathematical and technical aptitude.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent field experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred. Language training would be available.
