Overview

We invite you to join Spectrum Association Management, a homeowner’s association management company headquartered in San Antonio with offices across Texas and Arizona and a mission to create value for our communities. The Division Director (Phoenix Markets) will be responsible for leading business operations and sales in our fast‑growing Phoenix market.

Responsibilities
  • Command the division and report to the Vice President of Spectrum AM; autonomous and proactive performance expected.
  • Invest ~40% of time in relationship building and client relations to grow division sales.
  • Invest ~40% of time in staff development; mentor employees and cultivate positive culture.
  • Invest ~20% of time on projects, change‑management implementations, learning and development, and company activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a large portfolio of customers.
  • Ensure optimized and consistent operations of a complex service product.
  • Team development, including monthly one‑on‑one employee meetings, development plans, and accountability conversations.
  • Uphold company‑wide commitment to provide amazing same‑day customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned by the executive team.
Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 15 years of employment experience, including at least 8 years of developing staff.
  • Prior experience managing teams with over 10 salaried professional employees.
  • Hands‑on experience with operations, service delivery, financials, HR, relationship building, growth, team motivation, and engagement.
  • Minor travel expected occasionally; evening meetings with clients and Community Managers will occur.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with ability to explain decisions to clients.
  • Dedicated team leader with motivation‑building capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Self‑motivation and ability to work at a fast pace.
