The Brand Operations Director is not a marketing position. The role is responsible for managing the successful execution of brand initiatives, projects, and events across the Community Department. This role oversees multiple work streams simultaneously—ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources are aligned to achieve project objectives. The Brand Operations Director partners with executive leadership, Brand Visionaries, and cross‑departmental teams to plan, execute, and deliver high‑impact brand projects that strengthen engagement, revenue, and overall member experience.
The role does not initially have any direct reports.
- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of brand initiatives, events, and projects from concept through completion.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful and on‑time execution.
- Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to define project goals, key performance metrics, and success criteria.
- Oversee cross‑functional collaboration between Marketing, Operations, and Community teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and track action items to ensure accountability and timely follow‑up.
- Identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans as needed to maintain project momentum.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and performance metrics to executives and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and reflect brand values, vision, and objectives.
- Lead and mentor Brand Coordinators and supporting staff to enhance performance and professional development.
- Monitor and report on key brand performance indicators, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery.
- Maintain documentation, process standards, and project records in accordance with company policies.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required;
Master’s degree preferred. - 5+ years of experience in operations & project management.
- Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing large‑scale brand or marketing projects.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing operations, and event execution.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as , Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions, solve problems, and adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus under pressure.
- Experience building reports and analytics to measure project outcomes preferred.
