Industrial Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Electrical Superintendent to lead industrial electrical projects with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and execution. As a Water/Wastewater Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading jobsite operations and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Managing manpower & productivity.
• Coordinating with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.
• Ensuring work is completed in compliance with project plans, specifications, codes, and safety requirements.
• Identifying and resolving field issues, technical challenges, scheduling impacts, and production across the field team.
• Monitoring project progress while supporting schedule and budget performance.

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience leading industrial electrical projects as a superintendent.
• A strong background in water and wastewater electrical construction is preferred.
• You should have a proven ability to lead crews, manage field productivity, and keep projects on track, along with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, jobsite coordination, and quality control.
• Strong communication skills, sound decision making, and a hands on leadership style are also important for success in this role.
