Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Tempe, AZ at the South Tempe branch. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. You manage priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance. You drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients, and solutions that help them achieve financial well being.

You create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni channel environment. You lead and influence the agenda of a broad range of eco-system partners. You are accountable for risk management and compliance in a complex business environment. You build a high performing team through the attraction, onboarding, coaching and development of branch team members. You lead, plan and execute a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.

You grow branch revenue through the acquisition and share of wallet growth of consumer and business households and by effectively leading eco-system partnerships. You drive business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement activities. You coach to consultative selling to drive results and enable customer financial well-being. You have foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement. You lead, coach and ensure the delivery of a differentiated client experience.

You coach team to confidently engage with customers in technology enabled interactions, providing solutions and advice oriented consultation that improves client financial well-being. You lead effective problem resolution, making banking easy for customers. You connect all of PNC, delivering a seamless customer experience in an omni channel environment. You drive the employee experience. You are responsible for acquiring and retaining talent through effective onboarding, coaching and development.

You make talent development a priority for all branch team members. You ensure employees achieve performance and activity expectations through effective and ongoing performance management. You model PNC values by cultivating and supporting an inclusive workplace. You manage operational, human capital, reputational and business risk. You exercise leadership, authority and sound decision making to mitigate sales practice risk. You ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures.
