Job Description:

The Assistant Director of Facility Management (FM) Contract Administration provides strategic leadership for FM contract services. This position will oversee a diverse portfolio of service contracts that support university campus operations, which include janitorial services, Educational Outreach and Student Services (EOSS) Support, elevators, waste and recycling programs, and other assigned contracted services. Working with campus stakeholders and university partners, the position develops contract strategies, supports procurement activities, monitors contractor performance, and drives continuous improvement across the portfolio.

The position supports Facilities Management's strategic goals through effective contract administration, vendor accountability, and service delivery planning.
