Must reside in or relocate to the Atlanta, Rome, or Macon, GA area. Travel: regional travel required.
Salary: $125,000 – $140,000 base salary + bonus potential + relocation assistance.
Reports to:
RVP.
Morrison Healthcare is seeking a high-impact Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to lead a multi-site healthcare portfolio in Georgia. This senior leader is responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, client partnerships, and team development across the territory.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop District Managers, Resident District Managers, and Directors of Dining Services
- Drive operational execution and accountability across all accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as senior escalation point
- Own full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Deliver on KPIs related to profitability, safety, engagement, quality, and retention
- Support sales growth and client retention efforts
- Ensure compliance with QA standards, policies, regulatory, and USDA requirements
- Champion leadership development and succession planning
- Participate in regional strategic planning and respond to market trends
- Senior multi-unit leadership experience with contract and budget oversight
- Proven ability to grow business performance and lead high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen with complex P&L management experience
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to build accountable, resilient teams
- Highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
