Technical Marketing Program Coordinator (6230)

itD is seeking a Technical Marketing Program Coordinator to drive the successful delivery of strategic AI initiatives by coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing project execution, and ensuring operational excellence across technical marketing programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technical program coordination, stakeholder management, and project delivery, with a proven track record of keeping complex initiatives on schedule while aligning business and technical teams.

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end‑to‑end coordination and delivery of strategic AI initiatives, managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering, documenting, and communicating project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and governance documentation to provide clear visibility into project progress, risks, and action items.
  • Define and manage content and data requirements needed to support AI‑powered solutions, ensuring deliverables are complete, validated, and delivered on schedule.
  • Create, organize, and maintain technical documentation and structured content, including markdown documentation and project resources.
  • Facilitate governance activities by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring accountability across multiple work streams.
  • Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies early, proactively developing mitigation plans to keep initiatives moving forward.
Internal Responsibilities:
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast‑track opportunities.
Required

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience coordinating technical projects or programs within technology, product, or marketing organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross‑functional project delivery across technical and business teams.
  • Technical fluency with AI concepts, agent‑based solutions, data pipelines, and system integrations sufficient to communicate requirements and coordinate delivery.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project plans, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and tracking deliverables.
  • Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation, including structured content and markdown files.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills in fast‑paced environments.
Preferred

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or generative AI initiatives.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, orchestration platforms, or large language model (LLM) technologies.
  • Experience working in marketing technology, content operations, or product management support roles.
  • Experience supporting governance committees, steering committees, or project portfolio management.
  • Experience coordinating projects involving both technical and marketing stakeholders.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
