We are seeking an Account Manager to support our Client Services team.
Applicants can reside in, or be a commutable distance to Tempe, AZ or Glenview, IL.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and previous experience in a client management, customer service, or client support role within a healthcare setting or other business‑to‑business setting.
Travel: 40% required.

- Deploy an advanced, consultative, and strategic approach to account management, including implementation and promotion of various corporate initiatives.
- Support the Client Services team with tasks involving customer success, including report development, incident tracking, and presentation building.
- Work directly with key internal partners to achieve timely responses on all issues and set proper expectations for clients.
- Manage the client base through the company’s CRM software.
- Track and manage activities, tasks, contacts, and other material events with clients, document the upselling of products and solutions, and align these with the overall retention strategy.
- Prepare and participate in a Book of Business Review with Management on a quarterly or semi‑annual basis.
- Collaborate and assist the Client Services team in serving the account.
- Frequently prepare quarterly business review materials, facilitate client engagement calls, conduct routine client‑facing telephonic training, and oversee the implementation of new facilities. Provide educational materials to facilitate compliance with procedures, tools, and resources.
- Work with other disciplines (credit/collections, contracting, and marketing) to assure that corporate billing and receivables standards are achieved.
- Attend corporate/networking events and conferences as needed.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a client management, customer service, or client support role; experience within a healthcare setting or other B2B setting is desired.
- Ability to present to all levels of management; excellent time‑management skills; basic computer skills; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; outstanding problem‑solving skills; experience in root cause analysis; ability to collaborate cross‑functionally; experience working within a team required.
- Salesforce and Axiom experience; previous project management and client‑facing customer service experience; strong background in administrative management with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once; strong experience in business writing desired.
