ADP is hiring an Associate Account Manager
.
This is not a sales position. This role focuses on servicing existing clients.
What you’ll doTrusted Advisor and Problem Solver – Use your breadth of expertise to help ADP’s clients solve time‑sensitive problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions, resolve issues, and provide outcomes.
Build Relationships – Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and/or chat, striving to exceed expectations and uphold ADP’s values of integrity and service.
Educate and Provide Recommendations – Leverage ADP product and services knowledge to help clients understand product value and translate client input into recommendations for leadership.
Organize – Maintain a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, with increased phone time during peak seasons.
To succeed in this role- At least one year of experience in a customer‑service environment.
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences include military service, where teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow‑through help build client relationships and identify solutions.
