Labor Max Staffing in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Selling Branch Manager to lead a small sales team (1–5 members) and balance field selling with branch operations. You will drive new customer acquisition, manage client relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee budget and inventory controls.
Approximately 75% of your time is spent in direct field sales and customer engagement. You will train and develop staff to strengthen sales capabilities, forecast performance, and analyze results.
