Facilities Operations Manager

We are partnering with a client who is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee facilities operations across a corporate and satellite office portfolio, including approximately multiple locations throughout the U.S. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplaces through strong vendor management, preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, and workplace services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage facilities operations across multiple office locations.
• Oversee building systems, mechanical services, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead vendor relationships for janitorial, security, landscaping, mailroom, copy center, and other workplace services.
• Manage renovations, office upgrades, furniture planning, and workspace setup projects.
• Develop and execute capital improvement plans and facility projects.
• Support business continuity and emergency preparedness initiatives.
• Manage facilities budgets, contracts, and financial reporting.
• Drive space planning and workplace utilization strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of facilities maintenance and operations experience in a geographically diverse, multi-site environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory, leadership, or vendor management experience.
• Experience managing capital projects, budgets, and third-party service providers.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, workplace services, and facility operations.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Facilities Management Professional (FMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or similar certification.
• Experience supporting corporate office environments with multiple remote locations.
