Position: Senior Associate Vice President (Specially Funded)
The Senior Associate Vice President Enterprise Innovation and Success serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and provides visionary leadership to advance organizational innovation for student success, institutional effectiveness and workforce development across the college. This position is responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives that improve enrollment growth, student achievement, operational excellence, digital transformation, and enterprise-wide advancement.

Provides executive oversight for institutional innovation efforts, leveraging emerging technologies including artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance organizational performance and student outcomes. This role leads the development and execution of innovative strategies that leverage technology, artificial intelligence, data analytics, process improvement and cross functional collaboration. The position serves as a catalyst for organizational change, champions a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability, and data-informed decision-making.

Essential Functions

40% - Develop and implement enterprise innovation strategies that advance institutional goals, innovation, community engagement and student success. Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that improve organizational performance, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. Foster collaboration across academic affairs, student affairs, information technology, finance, workforce development, institutional research, and external partners.

30% - Lead institutional change management efforts to support adoption of new technologies, processes, and service models. Utilize institutional data and predictive analytics to drive strategic planning and continuous improvement.

20% - Oversee innovation portfolios, pilot programs, and enterprise projects from concept through implementation and assessment . Build strategic partnerships with industry, community organizations, governmental agencies, and technology providers. Support grant development, resource optimization, and strategic investments that advance innovation and institutional sustainability.

10% - Represent the college in regional and national initiatives related to innovation, higher education, workforce development, and educational technology. Promote ethical, transparent, equitable, and human-centered AI practices.
