  • Serve as a visible leadership point for complex client and operational issues, applying sound judgment to determine when tactical resolution, escalation, or broader strategic action is required.
  • Partner closely with Client Success Management, Client Solutions, Workforce Management, Product, Technology, Learning and Development, and other enterprise teams to solve issues and improve the end-to-end advisor experience.
  • Leading change and transformation efforts that improve service delivery, including process redesign, technology enablement, workforce capabilities, and adoption of new operating practices.
  • Establish strong management routines that create visibility to performance, reinforce accountability, recognize success, and drive consistent execution across teams and leaders.
  • Assess resource capacity, organizational structure, and talent needs to ensure the business has the right capabilities and coverage to deliver service excellence at the smartest cost possible.
  • Use advisor feedback, employee insights, business trends, and competitive practices to identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, loyalty, and business outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing clear perspectives on performance, risks, capacity, client issues, and recommended actions.
