This position provides advanced planning, coordination, and analytical support for a high-volume Early College portfolio serving more than 9,500 Dual Enrollment students and supporting partnerships with over 50 high schools across Maricopa County. The portfolio includes Dual Enrollment, Concurrent Enrollment, Achieving a College Education (ACE), Career and Technical Education (CTE), and other developing programs operating within a dynamic environment with ongoing regulatory, institutional, and partnership changes.
Assists with the development and implementation of program and project goals, operational plans, and process improvements to support enrollment growth, partner expansion, and effective program delivery. Coordinates the onboarding of new high school partners, including aligning processes, documentation, and timelines to ensure successful program implementation. Performs complex qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis to inform decision-making, monitor program performance, and support continuous improvement.
Supports the design, documentation, and maintenance of business processes, systems, and reporting frameworks to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant operations across the student lifecycle and partner network. Coordinates with cross-functional teams and external partners, including Rio faculty chairs, Academic Affairs leadership, and Student Affairs, to support scheduling, curriculum alignment, student services processes, and overall program operations.
