Treasury Management Support Associate Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Associate Manager to lead and support a team of Sales Analysts, ensuring strong daily execution, team development, staffing coverage, and operational consistency. This role serves as the first level of escalation for team issues, partners with other departments to resolve business needs, and supports risk, compliance, staffing, recruiting, training, and new product initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Manage direct reports, including day-to-day assignments, workload balancing, and performance support.
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and career guidance.
• Serve as the first-level escalation point for team, process, or client-related issues.
• Act as an inter-departmental liaison to support collaboration, issue resolution, and process alignment.
• Lead or support non-assigned projects as business needs arise.
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage, including PTO approvals and team time management.
• Train new hires and support onboarding readiness.
• Assist with talent assessments during recruiting and hiring activities.
• Support RAU activities as required.
• Participate in new product initiatives and rollout efforts.
• Review and approve systems access requests as appropriate.
• Support midyear and year-end talent review processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.

• Treasury Management, Payments, and/or Merchant Services experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and mentor team members through ongoing feedback, training, performance management, and career development.
• Experience serving as the primary escalation point for team, process, and client-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and risk mitigation.
• Strong relationship management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support team performance and drive operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to balance day-to-day team leadership responsibilities while driving business initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Expectations:

• Position will require onsite presence at one of the required locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule.
• Flexibility to support global teams across time zones.
