Assembly & Test Tech – Level 2

Overview

You will report directly to our Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on an Onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products are assembled and tested accurately and efficiently.

• Perform assembly and testing of products according to established procedures and specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during the assembly and testing processes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly and testing methods.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly and testing.
• Strong knowledge of assembly techniques and testing procedures.
• Experience with hand tools and testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.

• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
