Wholesale Production Technician– Job Description
The Production Technician supports the manufacturing, packaging, and quality control of cannabis products for wholesale distribution. This role works closely with the production team to ensure products are produced efficiently, meet internal quality standards, and remain compliant with state regulations. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Assist with production and packaging of cannabis products following SOPs
- Operate production and packaging equipment safely and accurately
- Ensure products are properly packaged, labeled, and compliant
- Perform visual quality checks and maintain accurate records
- Keep work areas clean and support daily production goals
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to follow procedures
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Production, warehouse, or cannabis experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
