Daily Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding with minimal supervision, following Weld Process Specifications (WPS)
• Set up welding equipment and complete weldments per AWS codes and blueprint requirements
• Weld steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components with precision
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, rulers, and dial calipers
• Operate material handling equipment related to welding tasks
• Conduct minor maintenance on welding equipment and tools
• Ensure welds pass visual inspections and destructive testing standards
• Maintain assigned tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of welding experience
• Knowledge of TIG and MIG welding procedures and setup
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written instructions
• Detail-oriented with strong quality and inspection awareness
• Basic math skills for measurements and conversions
• Ability to operate hand tools, air tools, and electric grinders
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks for 8-10-hour shifts
• Flexibility to work overtime or adjust shifts during peak production
• Must adhere to the basic warehouse attire dress code

Schedule & Pay

Pay Rate:

• $22.00-$27.00 per hour (based on welding experience)

Shift:

• Second Shift: 2:30 PM-1:00 AM
• Monday-Thursday
