- Proven manual machining experience
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Experience working to tight tolerances
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities:
- Perform drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, and counterboring
- Set up and operate knee mills, rollers, and flex-arm drilling/tapping equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, and other precision tools
- Accurately track labor and job completion
