Job Title: TIG Welder – Production Line (Mesa, AZ)

Pay: $25–$31/hr

Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM + mandatory Friday OT

We’re hiring experienced TIG Welders to support a fast‑paced, production‑line environment. You’ll weld black carbon steel and stainless‑steel pipes, elbows, and flanges while maintaining high quality and meeting takt and cycle‑time goals.

• TIG weld black carbon steel and stainless‑steel pipe (up to 8").
• Perform root, fill, and cap welds with consistency.
• Prep materials: grinding, beveling, cleaning, and fit‑up.
• Maintain quality on a moving production line.
• Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures.

• Proven TIG experience with carbon steel, stainless, and dissimilar metals.
• Strong pipe‑prep and fit‑up skills.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Experience in production or line‑driven environments.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs; strong coordination and dexterity.

• Air‑conditioned, state‑of‑the‑art facility with Industry 4.0 tech.

Fast‑paced production line requiring repetitive work, PPE use, and physical activity including standing, walking, kneeling, and ladder use.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
