Chemica Blending Operator

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

* Follow the work order to pull the correct raw materials from the racks for each batch.

* Follow work order/manufacturing sheet to add chemicals in correct order and correct amount (usually by weight).

* Inspect empty packaging to verify it is clean.

* Ensure the proper amount of finished product is pumped into the packaging.

* Follow written procedures for handling hazardous chemicals.

* Labeling and or checking the other person's labeling to ensure finished product is properly labeled.

Qualifications:

* Must be able to life at least 50 pounds.

* Must be 21 years of age.

* Previous experience with chemical mixing preferred.

* Previous computer skills required (data input, inventory control system, MS Office)

* Forklift experience (certification a plus).

* Oracle experience a plus

The pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour depending upon experience and qualifications.
