Tempe, AZ

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Wednesday | 10‑hour shifts OR Monday – Thursday | 8‑hour shifts

• Minimum 1 year of sewing experience (preferably in a production environment)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) – some English required
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand/arm motions
• Comfortable standing for long periods, with the opportunity to sit while sewing
• Hard‑working, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines under pressure

• Operate in the sewing area, primarily focused on product creation
• Perform quality assurance checks to maintain top‑notch standards
• Prepare work efficiently for the next operation in the production process
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and ensure a clean, organized work area
• Execute assigned tasks promptly while meeting production deadlines
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors, tech support, and peers
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional projects as assigned
