SMT Operator – Tempe, AZ

• Load proper parts into SMT machine.
• Adjust, set‑up, and operate machines when shorthanded.
• Perform basic programming at the machine, including selecting programs.
• Read and comprehend English.
• Be willing to work overtime when required.

• High School Diploma.
• 1‑year experience in the setup of SMT components on feeders.
• Ability to interpret Engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in setting up all types of feeders based on SMT setup sheet.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Work in a clean room environment where standing is required for 90% of the day.
• Operate under a microscope and wear proper clean room and ESD attire.
• The standard attire includes comfortable flat closed‑toed shoes, jeans or work pants, and a capped sleeve plain t‑shirt.
• The position follows a first shift schedule from 6AM to 2:30PM.

• Monday – Friday
• 6 AM – 2:30 PM
• $20–$29 per hour

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $29.00/hr eligible temporary employees may receive the following benefits:
