Job Title:

Test Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to join our team. The Test Technician will be responsible for performing tests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring products meet quality and performance standards. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on products and components.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment and tools.
  • Record and analyze test data and report results to engineering teams.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and document product defects or failures.
  • Assist engineers with test development, validation, and debugging.
  • Follow testing procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate test records and documentation.
  • Support product improvement initiatives by providing feedback from test results.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in testing, electronics, manufacturing, or a similar technical role.
  • Experience using diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other testing equipment.
  • Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing or product testing environments.
  • Familiarity with automated testing systems.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Knowledge of quality control and testing standards.
Work Environment
  • Work may be performed in a laboratory, production floor, or manufacturing environment.
  • May require standing for extended periods and handling technical equipment.
  • Occasional lifting of equipment or components may be required.
