Woodworking Machine Operator

Job Summary

Joining our team as a Woodworking Machine Operator, you will assist in the production of custom closet and furniture products by operating machinery and hand tools, maintaining equipment, and supporting the production process.

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.
• Follow quality and safety standards.
• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.
• Interpret cut lists for daily jobs.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager.

• Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends, no required overtime.
• Tools and equipment are provided.

• Experience in woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred, particularly 32mm systems.
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Some prior woodworking experience is preferred but not required.
