Job Details
Position: SHIFT SUPERVISOR (full time) – start immediately.
Location:
ASU West Valley, 1151 South Forest Avenue, Tempe, AZ 85281 (openings also at other district locations). Online applications only.
Schedule:
Full‑time, days and hours may vary; part‑time options available as needed.
Experience:
Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers and discipline those who fail to meet standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management; ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
- Act as the contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
- Mentor and develop employees; encourage goal setting and advancement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
