Third Shift Sanitation Operator

As a 3rd Shift Sanitation Operator at our dairy production facility, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment and work areas during the overnight shift. Your duties will include dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling machinery, ensuring all surfaces meet stringent hygiene standards, and conducting regular inspections to maintain compliance with safety regulations. You'll work independently to prepare the facility for the next day's production, ensuring a spotless and safe environment.

Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will be crucial in upholding the quality and safety of our dairy products.

The position will be based in Tempe, AZ.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00pm - 5:00am

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred.

Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Willingness to follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
