US - Material Handler - Level 1 - Lifting lbs or no machine operation

Job Title

Pay: $18/hr Shift: 1st Shift Sub Co Bonus Program:
Up to $3,000 with updated payout structure: $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance $1,000 at 60 days $1,000 at 90 days

Material Handling Load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage facility. Move materials using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other equipment. Transport materials to/from aircraft, trucks, trains, or designated storage areas.

Inventory & Documentation Verify and label incoming deliveries. Maintain accurate and up to date inventory records. Process returns, complete required documentation, and communicate with appropriate teams.

Equipment & Collaboration Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance on material handling equipment. Partner with internal departments to locate missing packages, correct delivery errors, and replace damaged items.

Physical Stamina:
Able to perform frequent heavy lifting with good coordination. Organizational

Skills:

Accurately sort, store, and track inventory. Basic Math

Skills:

Ability to count and measure quantities accurately.

Experience:

02 years as a Material Handler or related role. Communication:
Strong communication skills for teamwork and coordination. Attention to Detail:
Precise with labeling, tracking, and handling procedures.
