Job Title

Perform precision assembly, coating, and inspection of glass substrates to meet strict quality and performance standards.

Work in controlled environments using specialized equipment while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use chemicals such as acids, bases, and solvents safely.
• Experience using microscopes and inspection equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and Microsoft Office.

• Perform metallization and coating of glass substrates using deposition equipment.
• Prepare surfaces using cleaning agents, solvents, and acids for processing.
• Inspect substrates before and after processing to ensure quality standards.
• Use microscopes for detailed inspection tasks.
• Identify and categorize defects based on defined quality criteria.
• Maintain accurate records using quality tracking systems.
• Operate safely in low-light or controlled environments.
• Communicate with engineering teams regarding quality concerns.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Strong attention to detail and inspection accuracy.
• Ability to recognize and categorize multiple failure modes.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Understanding of quality control and inspection processes.
• Basic knowledge of statistical process control preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean and 5S methodologies preferred.
• Ability to work in team and independent environments.
• Multitasking and organizational skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree with related experience preferred.

• 1 to 3 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Experience working in clean room environments preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance required.
