CNC Mill Machinist

PPS is looking for a skilled CNC Mill Machinist with experience in machine setup and operation to manufacture precision components for clients in the semiconductor, aerospace, defense, and related industries. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and modify CNC programs Follow traveler instructions accurately Run 3-axis to 5-axis milling machines Perform complete machine setups Load and unload materials and finished parts Measure parts, record inspection data, and meet or exceed production standards Interpret complex blueprints, including dimensions, symbols, and notes Track and document production counts Maintain a clean and organized workspace Complete discrepancy/tag documentation as needed Collaborate with Engineering to address issues and suggest improvements Carry out additional duties as assigned
