• Wear required PPE to fulfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
• Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
• Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high-quality products.
• Work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
• Have strong problem‑solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email).
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
• Clearly read and write in English.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior manufacturing related experience.

• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to lift 3–5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call‑offs.
• Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as required.
• Work 12‑hour, compressed work week schedule with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
