Job Overview

Responsibilities:

Perform routine assembly tasks following established procedures and work instructions.

Support production activities under close supervision.

Follow detailed instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Communicate effectively with team members to share and obtain required information.

Maintain adherence to quality standards and operational guidelines.

Identify issues in routine tasks and escalate to the supervisor for resolution.

Ensure work is completed within defined processes, boundaries, and timelines.

Contribute to achieving operational targets within the assigned job area.

Required Qualifications:

Basic understanding of assembly processes and practices.
J-Standard soldering experience.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
Good communication skills within a team environment.

Education And Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of related experience.

Preferred

Skills:

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Familiarity with quality and safety standards.
