The company partners with customers across a variety of industries, including apparel and accessories, home furnishings, pet supplies, health and wellness, beauty, and more. • Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 6–11 production employees.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, and safety throughout the shift.
• Train and mentor team members while providing day to day guidance and support.
• Coordinate with leadership to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with troubleshooting production and equipment issues while fostering a positive, team oriented work environment.

Schedule:

Swing Shift

Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11pm

Pay: $24.00 per hour

• Previous manufacturing or production leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate employees and promote accountability.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining quality and production standards.
