Responsibilities- Set up machine bowls, tracks, lasers, eddy current, cameras and feed systems to sort assemblies to print parameters.
- Dimensional and visual inspection using blueprints, product data inspection sheets, various measurement devices, overlays or special gauging of all characteristics of the part to determine inspection parameters for set up.
- Ability to recognize set up, machine or feed problems and able to correct those problems with computer or mechanical adjustments.
- Weigh, table and label cartons of sorted product for shipping.
- Ability to communicate well.
- Ability to prioritize works and require only moderate supervision.
- Maintain housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance as specified for the equipment.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- General mechanical knowledge and ability.
- Drive and operate forklift.
- Operate overhead cranes.
- Read and understand blueprints.
- Basic mathematical understanding and ability (add, subtract, divide units of measurement).
- Common sense understanding to carry out work instructions.
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Able to write simple sentences to provide information.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to find information and enter data.
- Analytical skills necessary to evaluate and solve die and press problems to run quality parts.
- Walking, standing and moving for 8 hour shift.
- Bending, reaching and climbing occasionally.
- Use of eyes for visual inspection of parts.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, push, pull and reach.
- Ability to lift and/or carry 5-40 pounds regularly and occasionally 41- and over with assistance.
