Refresco - - Responsibilities:
Adhere to GMP and GMP policies, PPE requirements and food safety standards;
Operate batching/blending equipment and mix ingredients according to procedures;
Transport ingredients by forklift, pre-weigh and verify against SAP and inventory;
Perform CIP/COP sanitation of batching/blending lines, tanks and equipment;
Complete batching/blending documentation and forward to QA/Blending for review
